Framework Agreement for Elevator Emergency Call Handling and Rescue (6 Years)

This German public procurement tender seeks a contractor to provide emergency call handling and rescue services for elevators across various locations. The successful bidder will be responsible for responding to emergency calls from elevators and safely rescuing trapped individuals. Appendix 3, which contractors must review, contains a list of specific elevator locations, which is currently our only indicator of the scale and geographic spread of the contract. The contract is structured as a 6-year framework agreement. Contractors should carefully evaluate their capacity to provide 24/7 emergency response across the specified locations, as well as their experience in elevator rescue procedures. Due to the missing CPV codes, it's difficult to precisely gauge the technical requirements but contractors with general construction or maintenance experience, particularly those who already service elevators or similar equipment, will be best positioned to bid.
