Roofing and Green Roof Installation for Student Housing

This tender concerns structural roofing work for a new student housing complex in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The project includes the installation of insulation and waterproofing systems across five separate roof areas, totaling approximately 1,270 m². A significant portion of the work also involves the installation of an extensive green roof system covering around 800 m². Further work consists of installing approximately 155 m² of concrete slab walkways and 330 m of thermally insulated parapet including coverings.
